Vanderbilt Medical Center, Vanderbilt Center for Nutrition, Nashville, TN; Director, NIH Clinical Nutrition Research Unit; President of the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology/Nutrition; and President of the American Society for Clinical Nutrition. Dr. Greene is currently Vice President and Medical Director for SlimFast Foods Company.
