Studies lasting from one to four years show that nutritionally-balanced Slim•Fast meal replacements are far more effective for immediate weight loss than traditional forms of dieting.

Data indicates that meal replacement therapy is also effective for long-term weight control and improvements in biomarkers of obesity-related disease.

Two Slim•Fast studies have been published in highly regarded medical journals.
